We are committed to delivering your favourite Makhana, Cookies, Granola, Dry Fruits, and Crispy Vegetable snacks safely and on time. The following terms govern the shipping and delivery of all orders placed on our Platform.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

During peak seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Destinations

The Food's Life currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at +91 63528 07509 or info.thefoodslife@gmail.com before placing your order.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified minimum order value, as communicated on the website from time to time.

For bulk orders or deliveries to remote pin codes, additional freight charges may apply. Our support team will inform you before processing such orders.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

Metro Cities (Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days

Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 4–6 business days

Rural and Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier partner, destination, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or public holidays. The Food's Life is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.


5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner handling your delivery.

Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use it to track your order on the courier partner's website. If you need help tracking your order, please contact our support team.


6. Packaging Standards

The Food's Life takes great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh, intact, and in excellent condition. All snacks are sealed and packed in food-grade, moisture-resistant packaging designed to maintain product quality during transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows signs of damage, tampering, or leakage, please note this with the delivery agent at the time of delivery and contact us immediately with photographs. Do not accept visibly damaged shipments without noting the damage.


7. Delays and Lost Shipments

The Food's Life is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, weather disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner after investigation, we will re-ship the product or issue a full refund at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. The Food's Life is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-delivery attempts after dispatch.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders as indicated at checkout. For COD orders, please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change. Refusal to accept a COD order after dispatch may result in the customer being unable to place future COD orders on our Platform.
